My vehicle was repaired at a different shop and taken to Chase for inspection to hopefully get reimbursed for repairs since I discovered later that the repairs were covered under a special policy that I was Chase for inspection to hopefully get reimbursed for repairs since I discovered later that the repairs were covered under a special policy that I was never notified about. While Chase had my vehicle, they removed the purge valve that had already been replaced from the previous shop without authorization from myself, the vehicle owner. They also failed to notify me when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Angel consistently lied to me about the status of my reimbursement claim, which I discovered after escalating to management, only to discover that after 6 business days, he did not submit the paperwork for my claim to his management. Management was also extremely unprofessional in how they handled the escalation and started trash talking the mechanic who originally performed the repairs on my vehicle. All parts used were OEM parts which was clearly identifiable by the part # on the actual part but they tried to tell me they weren’t. I will never return to Chase for any of my future needs, whether it be repairs needed or purchasing another vehicle. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I do not recommend this dealership or service department to anyone as you cannot trust anything they tell you, especially since they did work on my vehicle without my authorization. Leaves a lot of questions and doubt on the table. More

Worst service ever: my truck was there for a week…. . I had to keep calling to find out the status. In the end you said nothing was wrong with it. I took it to another dealership that diagnosed the prob . I had to keep calling to find out the status. In the end you said nothing was wrong with it. I took it to another dealership that diagnosed the problem and replaced the torque converter and ran updates on the transmission to fix the problem. I’ve had this same experience with you guys in the past. I will never take another vehicle there and I will never buy a vehicle at Chase. More
