Worst service ever: my truck was there for a week…. . I had to keep calling to find out the status. In the end you said nothing was wrong with it. I took it to another dealership that diagnosed the prob . I had to keep calling to find out the status. In the end you said nothing was wrong with it. I took it to another dealership that diagnosed the problem and replaced the torque converter and ran updates on the transmission to fix the problem. I’ve had this same experience with you guys in the past. I will never take another vehicle there and I will never buy a vehicle at Chase. More

The invoice details were not as I told had Angel when i dropped off my 2015 Chevy Camaro. I advised Angel that I was hearing a grinding noise when I press my clutch and that I needed an oil change. The inv dropped off my 2015 Chevy Camaro. I advised Angel that I was hearing a grinding noise when I press my clutch and that I needed an oil change. The invoice that Angel wrote up stated "Customer states grinding noise when pressing on clutch and when going into gear, vehicle will not move when in gear and have to rev high to move, check and advise." This was a false statement as I had no problems putting my car in gear, I drove the car into the dealership, and I never had to rev my car in order for it to move. When I called for an update on my car later that day Angel advised me that my clutch and transmission went out and my parts were discontinued. This was definitely not the case. I retrieved my car the next morning and on the diagnostic invoice it stated "transmisson has counter shaft bearing noise and clutch is worrn out." I took my Camaro to a licensed and certified mechanic who was able to replace my clutch plate, a bearing in the transmission, and perform an oil change. As a long time Chevy customer I am highly disappointed in the fact that Angel lied and the next step he would have pursued would have been for me purchase a new car if I had not known better. More
