I made my purchase there in 2016 another a second purchase 2017 third purchase in 2018 a fourth purchase in 2020 always had excellent service that this last time my ratings dropped which calls me to purchase 2017 third purchase in 2018 a fourth purchase in 2020 always had excellent service that this last time my ratings dropped which calls me to think about going to a different dealer not asking for special circumstances of special treatment just looking for the service that I've received in the previous years which caused me to continue to come there for the services on every car maybe it just wasn't a good day or maybe me and the service person wasn't a good fit started out good ended up at the end of the day was not great because as you know you only as good as the last customer you serve for the day and tomorrow you start all over again More
