Ernie, has been nothing short of delightful to work with. I took my car in on Monday morning before 8 AM and on Thursday morning after 8 AM no one had even looked at my car. I am not at all happy with that type of service. I had no loaner car no warning that my Thursday morning after 8 AM no one had even looked at my car. I am not at all happy with that type of service. I was told my oil change and tire rotation would be an hour and it was about 2. I watched people that came in after me get their work done and leave before me.
