The time before this last one. They forgot my vehicle was there. Tony didn't follow up. This time I called due to not receiving a call by end of day. Tony had no information due to They forgot my vehicle was there. Tony didn't follow up. This time I called due to not receiving a call by end of day. Tony had no information due to no notations by mechanic. Said he would call next day. No call. I called to find out that Tony was off and to call him or he will call the next day. (Day 3) I called again and was told Tony was off this day also. I asked to speak with the manager Matt. He found the vehicle has been ready for pick up but no one followed up. More
