We went in for an oil change and advised the rep that we thought we were leaking oil. Asked if the guy doing the IL change could check so we could make an appointment with the service department but when my thought we were leaking oil. Asked if the guy doing the IL change could check so we could make an appointment with the service department but when my vehicle was done apparently they did not find anything however that evening at home in my garage I had a big puddle of oil on my floor. My husband went under the vehicle and took pictures were you could see we are leaking. Looks like maybe from my oil pan gasket but not for sure. If you mechanic would have seen this we could have made an appointment with your service department to get my vehicle checked out. Very disappointed about this. It makes me not trust your mechanics or service team. More
