I spend 5k to fix my silverado 2012 I told to Nicholas I need parts but he didn't give me d parts that they replace.i drive several days then I notice something wrong I check I found d problem one bolt not need parts but he didn't give me d parts that they replace.i drive several days then I notice something wrong I check I found d problem one bolt not properly installed almost falling n one knot.i'm very disappointed. Went in with a check engine light got a few items replaced under warranty but check engine light came on again. I was told my vehicle would be completed within two days, but it's was there nearly a week. I completely understand that issues happen, parts may not be in stock, technicians has family issues, but I was not but it's was there nearly a week. I completely understand that issues happen, parts may not be in stock, technicians has family issues, but I was not kept in the loop about what was going on with my car. I called multiple times and just kept getting voicemail. I had to call the office to have him paged on one occasion. My mother also called on one occasion and spoke to the office about the poor communication we were receiving. More

Diego did an amazing job with helping me make the car a little more comfortable to pay off monthly and was very friendly with us.
