My experience at the quick lube was just great. My car was out in less than 45 minutes when they told me a hour and a half. I’m not really a car guy so I was asking the technician a lot of questions and h was out in less than 45 minutes when they told me a hour and a half. I’m not really a car guy so I was asking the technician a lot of questions and he answered them very professionally and I actually understood what he was explaining.Overall I had a very good experience there at quick lube. I bought a 2021 Silverado & took it for the first service but when I got my truck back it had oil on my bumper, fender, grille, hood & steering wheel but when I went to start it the next morning all of the o but when I got my truck back it had oil on my bumper, fender, grille, hood & steering wheel but when I went to start it the next morning all of the oil was on the ground underneath my truck. I contacted them & they pretended to be upset & told me that a tow truck was going to be on the way so I sat there for 6 hrs waiting & no truck showed up so the next morning I called to see what was going & nothing but voice mail never tried to contact me. I got fed up with the bs & just fixed it myself. I have bought 4 trucks from them & now after this I can honestly say that I will never go back there again & I would recommend that if you are thinking about going there be very cautious. More
