My truck was having some electrical issues so I took it to chase Chevy. I have had nick as my service rep in the past and always felt like he listened to me and kept me informed throughout the process, but to chase Chevy. Hector came straight out telling me that I needed a new battery (which I had just replaced 1.5 years ago) before I even got the chance to tell him what the problem was. He did not listen to me nor keep me updated when my truck was being worked on. I ended up having to pay for more than I wanted (a transmitter/key fob when that wasn't what was wrong with my truck) and didn't even get the additional inspections I asked for. I asked for a print out of the 8-pt inspection with oil change, and he came back with some excuse saying that they have a new online database so the information wasn't inputted. How do I know it got done? What did I pay for? More

Truck runs great after the new transmission was installed. Only complaint; when I picked up my truck the window was left cracked halfway down, there is a line on my window tint from being down for installed. I have been going in for over 15 years to get multiple vehicles serviced and never have I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then the associate could not figure out how to bill my servic vehicles serviced and never have I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then the associate could not figure out how to bill my service properly and I continued to wait. I did receive a 20 off my bill but the service was sub par at best. I never had any issues with a tire sensor and for some reason the sensor coincidentally went bad immediately after my service which included a tire rotation. I was told that I needed a new sensor for one tire that would cost about 175 ( never provided a direct quote). Very frustrating experience overall and I will no longer be coming back. More
Felt a little rushed and did not like that I dropped off my suv at 9am and told it would be ready early afternoon to only not have been given an update as to the time frame needing to be changed to the next my suv at 9am and told it would be ready early afternoon to only not have been given an update as to the time frame needing to be changed to the next day I called multiple times to get an update on my suv from 1-3pm only to finally be told around 430pm that it needs to stay till the next day. Poor communication with customer about progress of repairs being done. If update was given without me having to call multiple times there would have been no issue giving you guys 5 stars. Hopefully next time the communication on updating customer is better. More
