Jesus is a great human being & tries to be helpful. It's not just Jesus. I have dealt with service 4 times. All 4 times I had issues. It's either they don't communicate it's ready, don't communicate parts are in, etc. I have been called & told to pick up my truck but they didn't say what time they closed so I get there at 5:10pm & it's closed. I've been told they would set up an appt but when I call they don't. It is poor communication. Also with paying on this last occasion they tried charging me twice. I paid for oil change with cash and 2 weeks later I go back for the mirrors & they say I owe $176 again. I say I paid. No you didn't. She goes get last & lady literally has to shuffle thru piles of paperwork to find I paid, which I did. This happened twice. I have called my salesman & reported tear issues 3 different times bc I may not buy from them ever again with how I have been treated. More
