Angel has horrible communication. Finally got Angel to call me back, and he said too many people involved. That 's his fault for not communicating with me properly. Simple question: Finally got Angel to call me back, and he said too many people involved. That 's his fault for not communicating with me properly. Simple question: How much longer(expected to be done before Noon 2nd Day, Vehicle stayed overnight) will my Vehicle be there? I called after 1pm. Angel knew the part was late( received at 11:30am). Part was originally expected 7-7:30am. If the delivery was late, he could have simply communicated 2 Days , no vehicle. I had to call to find out the status for both days. 1st Day, expected end of day. I called at 3:30pm, found out needed an additional couple of hours. Left over night to pickup by Noon Day @ 2nd Day, part expected 7-7:30 am. To be completed no later than Noon(according to Angel) 2nd Day, no calls from Angel. I reached out at 1pm Status? No answers, multiple people, multiple phone calls. Finally Angel calls says part was late, will have Vehicle done in 30 minutes. 3 Women in CSR kept rerouting me to the wrong departments/ext. Then CSR stopped answering my phone calls all together. Overall the work from the Service Crew(Installers) turned out great. More
