My truck was having some electrical issues so I took it to chase Chevy. I have had nick as my service rep in the past and always felt like he listened to me and kept me informed throughout the process, but to chase Chevy. I have had nick as my service rep in the past and always felt like he listened to me and kept me informed throughout the process, but I was assigned with Hector this time. Hector came straight out telling me that I needed a new battery (which I had just replaced 1.5 years ago) before I even got the chance to tell him what the problem was. He did not listen to me nor keep me updated when my truck was being worked on. I ended up having to pay for more than I wanted (a transmitter/key fob when that wasn't what was wrong with my truck) and didn't even get the additional inspections I asked for. I asked for a print out of the 8-pt inspection with oil change, and he came back with some excuse saying that they have a new online database so the information wasn't inputted. How do I know it got done? What did I pay for? More
