12/28/2021 The service department has a lot to be desired. Steve Verdi, the service manager is the rudest man that I have ever met!! Chatham Parkway Lexus does not like to service cars that are NOT bought at Chatham Parkway Lexus. Paige McDuffie the service consultant said so several times! Buying a Lexus is the biggest regret of my life due to the service I have received from Chatham Parkway Lexus!! I paid for my air conditioner amplifier to be reprogramed and it was NOT. My air conditioner is still blowing HOT air. Steve Verdi told me, "Do not ever come back to my store! We will NOT service your car since you called Lexus Corporation on us." Steve Verdi then threw my paperwork and keys into my car. I have called and reported this to Lexus. I have also called and left several messages for the General Manager to call me, but I have not received a phone call from him. DO NOT USE CHATHAM PARKWAY LEXUS!!! THEY SAID THEY REPAIRED MY LEXUS, BUT THEY DID NOT!! $562.14 This has to be the worst I have ever been treated by a car dealership!!! More

I just traded a smaller Lexus (2020 NX300 hybrid) for a 2021 RX350. I had a minor issue and was unsatisfied, but as soon as management was aware of it, the problem was not only resolved, but they went over 2021 RX350.
