GRADE A+ My wife and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle. We visited the local Mercedes, BMW, and Infiniti dealerships before going to Chatham Parkway Le My wife and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle. We visited the local Mercedes, BMW, and Infiniti dealerships before going to Chatham Parkway Lexus. At the three aforementioned dealerships, I felt like the staff did not treat me as a serious buyer because I look young. They treated me like they were doing me a favor by talking to me. I am a well-qualified buyer, but the snooty salesmen at these three dealerships made me walk out. I then decided to visit Chatham Parkway Lexus and was greeted by the man who erased all of the previous bad experiences, Sam Grant. Sam treated both me and my wife (particularly my wife!) with the upmost respect. He listened to us describe what type of vehicle we were looking to buy, and suggested a new IS 350. After test driving a used one (they did not have a new one on site due to high demand), I called Sam the next day and told him I wanted to test drive a new one. Sam drove all the way to Hilton Head and back, a 1.5 hour round trip (at least), had the vehicle cleaned to perfection, and ready for me to rest drive in less than 3 hours after my call. Then we sat down to negotiate. I am used to having to get up and leave because I know I'm getting an unfair price, only to have the dealer call eventually and meet the original offer I proposed. I always do my research before entering into a negotiation. NOT WITH SAM. Sam is an anomaly when it comes to car salesman. He presented me with his initial offer, and it was within $500 of what I was willing to pay. He also met a couple of additional request, all the while treating me like it was his pleasure to do so. The finance manager also was a pleasure to deal with. In summary, while we love our Lexus IS 350, we without a doubt purchased a Lexus because of Sam's service. There was no way we were visiting any other dealership after working with him. We will purchase future cars from Chatham Parkway Lexus, and we hope that Sam is there to take care of us again. More

Smooth Sailing I desired a Lexus IS 250 C. My husband located it at the Hilton Head Lexus dealership. Mr. Gantt made the connection and drive the car over to the Sav I desired a Lexus IS 250 C. My husband located it at the Hilton Head Lexus dealership. Mr. Gantt made the connection and drive the car over to the Savannah dealership. He and my husband drove the car to my place of employment, and I knew this was the car for me! Mr. Gantt provided superior customer service! He is very knowledgeable and professional.
