Chatham Parkway Subaru

Chatham Subaru does not return e-mails, phone calls or messages for 3+ months after purchasing a 2025 Subaru Outback Wilderness in Jan 2025. The GM (Mr. Tim Ferguson) is now unresponsive. Three minor issu messages for 3+ months after purchasing a 2025 Subaru Outback Wilderness in Jan 2025. The GM (Mr. Tim Ferguson) is now unresponsive. Three minor issues have not been resolved to date; 1) An Owner's Manual, 2) two missing tools to change a spare tire, and 3) a small crease/scratch repair on the passenger door. All of which they said they will fix - resolve (when we bought it). We have sent photos of all items within 2-3 days of buying, however no one will speak to us now. We used the chain of command (we are military) however, after all of our attempts Mr. Ferguson will not share who his supervisor is to get a resolution. VERY Disappointed! Should be easy peasy. In addition, the financing dept had the numbers wrong so make sure you do your own math. AND it took them 2 1/2 months to get the title completed. WoW! What a mess this company is. Please, Please, Please resolve this!! We still have hope. What is going on in Chatham/Savannah, GA? --On a brighter note, our salesman (Donnie Marks) was EXCELLENT! More

I look forward to returning to have services provided through the service department and purchasing any accessories through the parts department. We have purchased seven (7) Subaru vehicles and the two that we have now will be the last ones we drive. We have always advocated for Subaru to all of our friends, family, and co-workers, but this will no that we have now will be the last ones we drive. I am deeply saddened that this will be the end of our relationship with Subaru, but I am also not going to remain loyal to a brand that does so little for its customers. We traded my wife's Ford for a Crosstrek, and six weeks afterward, our vehicle loan had not been paid off. When calling the dealership, I was assured that the car was paid off on March 5th. Unfortunately, after calling the previous lender, I discovered that they had never received a check. After notifying Chatham Subaru of this issue, they apologized and said that they would look into the situation, and call me back as soon as it was resolved. After hearing nothing back for a week, I had to threaten to take legal action to get this issue resolved. Again, I was told that they would reissue a check and send me the tracking number that day. After hearing nothing, I tried to contact the dealership and no one would return my calls or emails. The car was traded on 2/19/25, and still not paid off on 4/1/2025. More
