This is the 3rd vehicle that my family has purchased from the Chatham Subaru dealership in under a year and we have reservations if we will ever be coming back. We love our sales guy and the finance manager is the best, but I will say that with all the new changes and new staff, including the new GM, we have seen not only a shift in the atmosphere but the customer service care. The GM is definitely not someone that I would ever want to do business with again after he tried to lie about the deal from the beginning and then tried to mansplain cars and loans to a person who not only worked at a dealership before but grew up in a family that worked on engines and cars. The dealership before all the changes would always be busy and have customers coming in and out of the dealership frequently, but this time around I noticed that the dealership is quite literally dead. No longer does the dealership feel like home, it feels strickly transactional and cold. More
