Chatham Parkway Toyota

I have always got great service at Chatham Toyota. My last visit there was one minor problem that I would like to mention. The lady who checked me in had an issue and had to leave the dealership for a sh last visit there was one minor problem that I would like to mention. The lady who checked me in had an issue and had to leave the dealership for a short while. Apparently while she was gone my truck was ready but nobody informed me till she returned. I am not upset about it just letting you know if the person who checks you in has to leave for an emergency or whatever there should be another agent to take her/his clients till they return. Again it is no big deal but there should be someone else to let you know your vehicle is ready if the person who waited on you has to leave. Thank you More
