The wait is simply too long. The wait is not pleasant—the waiting area is far far too noisy. Workers are kind, but wish there was more respect for MY time. Suggestion: provide a quiet place to wait/work. 90% of the noise comes from the Sales area. Perhaps, build a glass wall to separate that area from the maintx waiting area.
