The service, oil change and tire rotation, were very q uick. I had a 9 am appointment and that helped to expedite the process. Howevwr, I had returned from a recent trip and the vehicle had need of a was uick. I had a 9 am appointment and that helped to expedite the process. Howevwr, I had returned from a recent trip and the vehicle had need of a wash and vacuum, Upon the arrival, I asked for the service and the attendant responded that I would receive the VIP treatment. When I received my vehicle, it was half washed and not vacuumed. I asked was it cleaned and was told yes. I was very disappointed! If that was the VIP treatment, from now on, I will refuse the courtesy wash because I have to get it redone by someone else. Just sadddd!!! More

Had a 20,000 mile service scheduled on my Camry for about 2 weeks. About a week before the appointment, I noticed a nail in my tire. It was a slow leak, only losing about 3 PSI/day. So I called and asked if they could just take care of the tire while my vehicle was being serviced the following week, they said yes of course no problem. Appointment day comes, I drop my car off at 8:00 A.M. I get a call at about 10:00 telling me my car is finished, but the tech noticed some issues and has some recommendations, I’m like okay what’s up? Guy tells me, you have a nail in your tire and you need a new one. I said yea that’s why I brought it in, due for a service and have a nail in my tire. He is very confused, starts trying to find prices of tires so he can give me a quote, I was like I actually have the Road Hazard Protection plan so this should be covered, he responds “what is that?” I explain it to him, he’s still confused, tells me he’ll find out exactly what’s up and call me back. Never got a call back, show up after work at 6:00, car still isn’t done. He’s still trying to give me tire prices, I explain the protection plan again..he ends up getting another employee to help him out and they eventually get it sorted and my car gets finished around 7. The guy was really nice and apologetic, he was new and had obviously not been given sufficient training. Also, when I finally got back in my car, my seat had been raised all the way up, tilted, and scooted really far forward, all my mirrors had been moved, and my rear view was almost completely sideways somehow. Took me several minutes to get everything straight, not a big deal but kind of annoying. More

I’m highly disappointed in this experience with Chatham Parkway Toyota. You call my phone telling me you have a $39.99 deal for an oil change and tire rotation. Meanwhile I’m leaving paying $75 because you Parkway Toyota. You call my phone telling me you have a $39.99 deal for an oil change and tire rotation. Meanwhile I’m leaving paying $75 because you add on labor and parts. The labor is understandable but well overpriced. And you’re charging me for parts? What happened to the $40 I’m already paying you for the service? It’s shady telling people you have a deal for them and then almost doubling it by the time they leave without them knowing until you are holding their keys hostage. I can appreciate the guy trying to explain the charges to me, but it’s not that I don’t understand what I’m being charged with. I don’t understand why you advertisement a “deal” just to get people in and rip them off before they leave. More
