The reason that I am rating this as poor is that my vehicle was finished and no one let me know and I was sitting in the waiting area. The second reason is because once I got home and read the invoice vehicle was finished and no one let me know and I was sitting in the waiting area. The second reason is because once I got home and read the invoice I noticed that it stated it was time for a fuel injection, which no one told me about. I asked about setting up scout gps and no one was familar with the details which I had previously asked if someone would be available to assist me and they assured me that someone would be there to help me. I had a 9:30 appointment and when I arrived the service center was full. I was told that because I had an appointment I would not have a long wait.
