Work was completed 1.5 hours past time indicated. One of the tasks that they were supposed to complete was putting nitrous in the tires. When the vehicle came out I was informed that it had been completed. the tasks that they were supposed to complete was putting nitrous in the tires. When the vehicle came out I was informed that it had been completed. However, the metal green valve stems were missing. Initially I was told that they had “run out,“ which is illegal. They did call back and determined they did not in fact put any nitrous in the tires. They were willing to send me away without providing me the service that they told me they had performed.Furthermore, when they did the work they left mud on the back formats and on the door. Apparently they worked on my truck with muddy boots. More
