The service adviser was polite and prompt welcoming me to the center. It was indicated to me with the 5000 mile/ 6 month service that there would be a oil change, this was told to me by the associate on the the center. I found Chatham Parkway Toyota to be a wonderful shopping experience. I first went to another dealership in the area which was more concerned in selling their inventory than trying to sell me what I wanted. experience. CPT took the time to find out specifically what I wanted and when the vehicle was not available in their network inventory, CPT inventory manager placed an order directly to the factory, to build a vehicle to my exact specifications. CPT did not try to add on any accessories that I didn't want to the order. CPT gave me an estimated delivery date for the order and the vehicle arrived ahead of schedule. The sales process was very low key, low pressure and no drama. Everyone at CPT were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend CPT to everyone. More
