I'm really impressed with the help I received on Friday the 16th by Paul the serviceman. As I was coming to merge into traffic I wheeled to close toward the curd and as I speed to go into traffic my tire the 16th by Paul the serviceman. As I was coming to merge into traffic I wheeled to close toward the curd and as I speed to go into traffic my tire hit the curb and suddenly my tire just busted open. I was pretty helpless in traffic not knowing what I should do. Thankfully I saw the Toyota dealership and I hoped I can find their service station and get some help. So when I hopped up I was glad the person that stood there was a serviceman and he took one look and informed me that I had a big hole on my tire. He checked to see if he had a tire that fit my Ford Lincoln Towncar, but he didn't. But he was smart he suggested that I put on a spare so I can get going. So that's what we did. Without his help and smart suggestion I would've been stuck. Not only not able to get my mother to her doctors appointment, we wouldn't even be able to get home at all. So thank you Paul for not only helpful but also smart at finding a solution for my problem. More
