People were friendly - This rating is based on the knowledge that was provided during my visit and purchase of a new vehicle that started at 4:00 pm and ended at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night which is a knowledge that was provided during my visit and purchase of a new vehicle that started at 4:00 pm and ended at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night which is after closing, and dark so a proper walk around, and walkthrough the features was not available. What I understood - What reality was I understood that this vehicle came with remote start - It does not I understood that this vehicle would connect with Toyota remote access - It does not I understood that the vehicle had onboard navigation (not carplay) and that once I get home download the Toyota app - download the navigation that would be free for the 1st year and then 12.95 or 14.95 a year afterwards - It does not and is - Not correct - It does have car play. I understood that the Platinum warranty extended the 3/36,00 to 5/60K - It does not - I was told that it is for 4 oil changes - that is a lot of money to pay for two extra oil changes - I would not have taken that option I understood that the vehicle had rear window tinting, but that the front windows would be tinted by bringing it back. - That was not true There were two location that had minor scratches - Brittney, said she would take a look when I bring it back for her to look at. A few days latter I called and spoke to the General Manager Harry. Harry said he would have someone call me back. He had Brittney call she was knowledgeable and corrected the details, she also made herself available for me to come by and she would assist with anything I needed help in setting up. I wish I would have been given the correct info upfront. I do not think it would have made a difference on my purchase, but I would not have been excited for features I could now not use. More
