Is it fraud to claim to do service that is NOT done? I trusted this dealer after buying my 2018 Corolla there in 2/2018. On there third maintenance visit I discovered that they may have done NONE of the actual maintenance on the previous 2 appointments. The management and staff here are incompetent and entirely lacking in customer service skills and honesty. Tried to contact Toyota Customer Service but after waiting a LONG time on the phone, there appears to be nobody there to answer customer concerns. As a 30+ year Toyota customer, it is a sad day when a Toyota dealership fails to even do a tire rotation on a 15K maintenance visit. I have completely lost trust in this dealership and Toyota for allowing this to go on. More
