Oil change and loyalty rewards Oil change went well. They called an Uber to pick me up at home after the service was complete and paid for it. He was told I needed it back by 12 to go out pug town. “No problem” Called starting at 11 “we’ll send a message to Elijah” Called back and asked for courtesy ride to the dealership. Got there at 12:10. No Elijah he was off. Young women eating her lunch gave me my receipt for brake cleaning at no charge. Poor communication. Also you can’t see your Toyota sign for the tree. Won’t be back. I inconvenienced other people by leaving the truck. Even asked if I should reschedule. More
