Knowledgeable, Professional and Competitive Pricing By the time I got in touch with Chattanooga Volvo, I had already considered and discarded 5 vehicles, each with multiple dealerships involved. Once we narrowed it down to the XC90, we contacted our local dealership, and a couple others including Chattanooga. I'm not a fan of the entire car buying process. Any time a manager has to come and talk to me because they want to ensure they aren't losing a customer, I feel like becoming a lost customer. This did happen to me with Chattanooga because I actually put a deposit down at my local dealership when they promised an imminently arriving vehicle, that was closer to my ideal car and at a relatively SIMILAR price. At the end of the day I can't get too wrapped up in the persistence, because they ended up making me an offer I couldn't refuse, they really went above and beyond and certainly made it worth my while to purchase out of town. As for Derrick, he really did a great job. He was professional (unlike my local dealership that started to get emotional when they were losing me as a customer), he was able to answer all my questions about the car (not always the case at other dealerships!) and he had a fast response time. He certainly went above and beyond and the customer service did not abruptly end once the sale was completed. I think I was most impressed with the time he spent with me as I learned my way around the new car on Friday night after the purchase was already complete.
