On 02/06/2023 I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape for $12,995. 00 with 99,000 miles on it. The next day it started having transmission problems where I couldn't get the vehicle to move. I brought the car back twic 00 with 99,000 miles on it. The next day it started having transmission problems where I couldn't get the vehicle to move. I brought the car back twice. There is no way they didn't know it had this issue when they sold it. I asked about trading it in for a similar year make and model for the same price which they had listed for sale. I was told that car had transmission issues as well and wasn't drivable. That vehicle was listed without disclosing that issue. I've tried calling several times and would either be put on hold indefinitely or told the manager was with another customer and would call back which they never did. For a vehicle to fail that soon after purchase even with being purchased "As Is" is crooked. I brought the vehicle back 2 days after purchase. The mechanic looked at it, called the owner and was told by them the entire transmission needed to be replaced at a cost of over $4000. I asked again about trading it for a vehicle of similar price and was told because my vehicle had a faulty transmission it was not worth the price I paid. This was 2 DAYS after purchase! The response I received was 'You agreed to buy the vehicle As Is and there was nothing we can do for you'. This was not a minor mechanical issue months later. This was the NEXT DAY and the entire transmission was bad! I'm not out of line to expect that a 13k would last more than a day. You had the chance to do the honest thing and resolve the issue properly but instead you tell me 'too bad we're sorry you're having trouble'. If this is how you treat customers and do business as usual, the public needs to be aware of your shady business ethics. You have no conscience or concern for the people you hurt. If you cared, you would have done the ethical thing and fix or replace the faulty vehicle, not use the law to legally rob the public. More

Went to see about a car they had advertised on their website. When I arrived I was informed the car didn't have a motor. Not only was this fact not mentioned in the description of the car on the posti website. When I arrived I was informed the car didn't have a motor.
