I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from Cherry Hill Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. My initial experience was positive—my salesperson, Leon, helped me find a vehicle that met all my needs. Unfortunately, everything went downhill shortly after the purchase. Within a week, the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership and brought the vehicle in for inspection. I was told it was just a code that needed to be cleared and that nothing was actually wrong with the car. However, within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership, the check engine light came back on. I then used the Toyota Connect app, which alerted me again about the issue. I was also contacted by a Toyota dealership and decided to bring the car to Holman Toyota instead. Their team was professional, responsive, and thorough—completely different from my prior experience. After inspecting the vehicle, they determined that the car needed a new catalytic converter, which is a significant repair. What’s most frustrating is that Cherry Hill Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram took no responsibility for selling a vehicle with this issue. They refused to reimburse diagnostic fees and showed no accountability. When I raised concerns, I was even asked why I didn’t bring the car back again after the light returned—despite already having a poor experience and losing trust in their service. It’s clear to me that the vehicle was either not properly inspected prior to sale or that the issue was overlooked entirely. Either way, the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to make things right is unacceptable. Thankfully, the vehicle was still under warranty, and Holman Toyota is handling the repair properly. I would strongly caution others against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience. I also reside out of state and have incurred fees from taking the car back and forth from PA to NJ. I strongly recommend NOT using this dealership EVER! More

I have an 830+ credit score and brought a $15,000 down payment, and I’m well aware of how auto financing works—APR, lender approvals, and front-end/back-end products. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After working with a salesman named Leon, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior from other staff members, including a sales manager who became visibly frustrated when I asked informed questions about the deal structure. Most concerning was the refusal to provide transparency regarding lender approvals. I was not shown which banks were contacted, what APRs were offered, or any proof of the financing terms being presented. As a buyer, especially one who is qualified, this level of opacity is unacceptable. The overall experience felt misleading and lacked professionalism. Transparency is a basic expectation in a financial transaction of this size, and it was not met here. This was not the level of service I expected, especially as a Veteran. I would strongly advise future buyers to request full documentation of lender approvals and carefully review all terms before proceeding with this dealership. More
Recently moved back to NJ from NC and I needed to have my 2014 Dodge Ram Diesel 6.7 serviced (oil change, tire rotation). I had made an appointment with Cherry Hill Jeep,Dodge Ram. I had purchased a Kia from them before. The young man who checked me in, didn’t get his name, told me it would cost $450 for the oil change and $99 for a 4-tire rotation. He asked if I wanted the fuel filters replaced. I asked if that is included in the $450 price and he said no, and would get a price for that. I questioned the pricing for the oil change and he said it takes more oil. He wrote the prices on the paperwork which I thought was odd. Usually everything is inputted in the computer and the pricing is generated. I was looking to establish a new relationship with a Ram dealership since our return to NJ. I Immediately contacted Turnersville Dodge Ram dealership to get a price from them. The price was half that for the oil change and $25 for the tire rotation. I was obviously being cheated by Cherry Hill Jeep Dodge Ram. I am not sure if these service counter people get compensated (at least in part) by dollar volume. And there was no mistake that the $450 was just for the oil change, and $99 for a four tire rotation. I wonder when he saw the out of state tag on my truck if that had anything to do with him trying to cheat me? I told the counter person to get my truck, I wasn’t going to pay that amount. I located the service manager and aired my concerns. I also told him how much Turnersville charges for the same service. He said it seems high and asked who I dealt with. I couldn’t remember his name but he asked if that was him and I said yes. In fairness to the service manager, he told me to wait around and he would straighten it out. Meanwhile my truck pulled up and I decided to leave, not feeling comfortable at this dealership. Obviously, this counter employee was motivated by something to try to cheat me. Very disappointed with Cherry Hill NJ Jeep Dodge Ram, to say the least. I will never go back there again. Customers beware and do your homework on how much it should cost for a particular service before you go. Come to find out the same owner owns both dealerships. WOW, what a difference between Turnersville and Cherry Hill. Keep up the good work Turnersville! More

While walking around in the parking lot potentially looking at trading my pick up truck in, there was a gentleman who works here being loud in the parking lot yelling things he probably shouldn’t have. Such as hey white boy to other employees. Myself and other customers are in the parking lot. Another employee pulls into the parking lot and this loud mouth employee yells look at that gay vehicle he definitely takes it in the xxx that xxx. Wow really! Way to conduct business! I even said yo man I don’t think that’s appropriate. Blew me off. So I went inside to the “tower” and asked for that employees name. I was given the name Adam. The gentleman at the “tower” asked if everything was ok and informed of what happened and they were super apologetic very nice and asked if there was anything they could do. At that point there was nothing. They told me I could file a complaint which I will as well as this review. I went back outside and Adam was out there again. Again I tried talking to him to avoid a complaint on him and this review. I told him straight up you can’t be saying that type of xxxx. Yes I used the “S” word because he told me I couldn’t curse at him which I said I didn’t and he reminded me I used the “S” word (yes he said “you used the “S” word” instead of saying xxxx) Will not support a business like that. From my understanding talking to some people here this dude apparently thinks he can do whatever he wants without concern. I later find out he’s the owner’s son! Wow! Stay clear from this place very unprofessional on this dudes part and apparently he can just get away with it! Service department on the other hand was very quick and professional. More

The woman who answered lied and said it needed to have a more thorough software update and would be two more days. After asking several more questions and damanding the keys to be returned, as we would take the car elsewhere, she finally admitted they have not touched the car. This is a car that we purchased for cash 5 months ago and I am still fighting to get the title. Worst place ever and not sure how they have customers left. Never again for us. Plenty of other legit jeep dealers around. Go elsewhere is all i can say!!!! More
