He was down to earth, knowledgeable on the car, patient as I visited 3 separate times to drive and a 4th time to actually buy it, and did everything necessary to make the deal work. Made my dream come true Been wanting a Porsche 911 convertible for over 25 years. Drove by Cherry Hill Jag and saw a Porsche in the lot...rag top and perfect color combinati Been wanting a Porsche 911 convertible for over 25 years. Drove by Cherry Hill Jag and saw a Porsche in the lot...rag top and perfect color combination. When I got home, checked it out on line. It was a Boxster, very low miles, show room shape, fair price. Went in two days latter and was greeted by Joe Quintieri. Joe is a great guy - professional, courteous and very easy to deal with. So was the rest of the team. Took if for a spin on a beautiful sunny Saturday and fell in love with it and bought it. Joe and the team were great, provided the Car Fax, detailed the car, filled it with gas and off I went ...to surprise my wife. A few days after the purchase, discovered a small oil leak. Took into Jag and they confirmed the leak and had me take it to Porsche since it was still under warranty. Took it to Porsche, the fixed it and Cherry Hill Jag covered the cost. The was actually my second car purchased from CHJ - bought an XJ6 over 25 years ago. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. More

Repairing our xjl After having service completed back in January of this year. We have been trying to have this car pass inspection since July of last year!!! Needless After having service completed back in January of this year. We have been trying to have this car pass inspection since July of last year!!! Needless to say after being told that the gas cap was not on properly and charged $251.00 the same lights came back on. They keep saying it had to be driven over 100 miles to reset the computer. At this point in time I would guess it has been driven well over 500 miles and the lights continue to come on. As of yesterday there is now some kind of thermostat that needs to be replaced and the cost is $2915.00 for a new one and $900.00 for a used one. We finally declined. Both since we now owe $650.00 and the car is still not drivable. I did tell them that I would pick it up only to find out that they still have to do something so we can be able to bring the car home!!! Now it doesn't even run after 65 days we have a car that is in worse shape than when we brought it in for servicing!!?? And then open the mail today to find that there was a fine for $54.00 for whoever had been driving it…went across the Ben Franklin bridge without paying the toll!!! REALLY…REALLY!!! I am rating one star but they aren't worth any stars!! More

WOW - These guys deliver !!!!! My wife and I drove 45 minutes from PA to Cherry Hill Jaguar after seeing a car that we were interested in on line. My wife always wanted a Jaguar, I My wife and I drove 45 minutes from PA to Cherry Hill Jaguar after seeing a car that we were interested in on line. My wife always wanted a Jaguar, I humored her and we went to test drive. We had an appointment. When we got there (in our Buick Lucerne) and were told the salesman we had our appointment with left and the car we came to see was sold. Bob, our salesman, had 2 other cars to show us. Long story short, my wife says what's that one?? We haggle, I drive them nuts, we drive away with "the car" and leave the Buick. 2 weeks later I'm trying to pass inspection in PA - no go - I need 2 front tires and Brakes on this used car I bought. I go back to Cherry Hill and WHAM, they put on 2 new tires and new brakes - Everybody is smiling and Happy !! Now we are waiting for them to get their 2016 XJL INVENTORY in so we can go back. The Jag is AWESOME !!!!! More
