I had purchased a 2012 Dodge Caravan. I was ok with the entire sales experience until NOW, now that all the paperwork is signed I have been waiting for my registration to come in. (Bought car 6/26/12) I ca entire sales experience until NOW, now that all the paperwork is signed I have been waiting for my registration to come in. (Bought car 6/26/12) I called on 08/24/12 and was told it was in, never received a call to tell me it was there, they say they left a message but I never recieved it and they never made another attempt even though it has been sitting there for almost 2 months, so I asked if it could be mailed to me since the dealership is out of my way. I was told no, I dont live 100 miles away...REALLY??? I just bought a $32,000 mini-van and you cant put $0.45 cents on an envelope for me? I am really disappointed, my husband wants to get a Charger, we will not be buyng it from here. My registration is still sitting there as I type this. It is SAD that they are losing a repeat customer over $.45 cents. More

Immediately upon the showroom a Manager greeted us and asked if we needed help. At first we said no because we just wanted to look at the car that on the floor. The Manager would periodically check with asked if we needed help. At first we said no because we just wanted to look at the car that on the floor. The Manager would periodically check with us to see if we needed help and when we finally said yes he introduced us to Rich. Rich Catana is laid back and not your typical salesman. He was knowledgeable and answered our questions without looking anything up and he knew all the features of the vehicle. We took 2 different cars out to test drive and never made us feel we were wasting his time. He was friendly and put at ease immediately. When we finished the test drives he gave us privacy and let us discuss without hovering and interjecting any comments. We had to order the car and he took his time to explain all the options to see which ones we wanted. We will recommend Rich to our friends and family. We would definitely but another car from him in the future! More
These guys are pure out liars. They changed prices throughout the process. I ended up buying through them anyway, but still think they are awful. RICH CANATA (salesman) and Mike M. (sales manager so throughout the process. I ended up buying through them anyway, but still think they are awful. RICH CANATA (salesman) and Mike M. (sales manager somehow related to the owner) both promised me free slushmats (an upgrade from the standard carpet mats). Not a big cost item (maybe $150). But they were not there at the time I took delivery. I made numerous calls, mostly unanswered or unreturned. Catana had given me his cell phone number during the sales process, so I had texted him a bunch of times and I only got back snotty comments that I was over-reacting. The dealership knew I lived far away so was not returning for service in future (or even to inquire in person about the slush mats) so they just figured the could get away with the lies. RICH CATANA an Mike the sales manager both failed to honor their verbal assurances and I would encourage everyone to steer clear. At the very least, be sure to get everything in writing. Post Script: Ironically, even though they never responded after weeks and weeks of calls and messages (probably in excess of 15 or 20), about two hours after I posted this, I got a call from the sales manger questioning why I had the right to post my complaint. Guess they don't like being called out in public. Maybe the next customer wont get the same poor treatment More
Rich Catana sold us a new Jeep wrangler Sahara about a month ago. We specifically stated our wants and he found a Jeep to fit.We bought the Jeep but when it came in there was no hard top . He had forgotte month ago. We specifically stated our wants and he found a Jeep to fit.We bought the Jeep but when it came in there was no hard top . He had forgotten to include that also, so he had to order it separately. This had to be paid for with a different method, out of pocket because we financed the rest. Because of this mess up, he offered us three years of free oil changes. We had to repeatedly call to find out when the hard top was coming in-he never returns any calls. Now, we need an oil change and he hasn't returned one call regarding our deal. We did not get it in writing at the time and I that was our mistake because it looks like it was just salesman BS! Very frustrating! More
BE WARNED! This has got to be the WORST dealer around, not just for Jeep but for any model of car. We went this weekend to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee but ended up leaving without one and driving an hour to not just for Jeep but for any model of car. We went this weekend to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee but ended up leaving without one and driving an hour to a much better dealer. I read some reviews on here that said "sleazy" and "dirty tricks". One hundred percent agree. Do your research before you walk into this place. They offered about 70% of the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value of my car, showed me dirty "new" cars that took half an hour to find, didn't know what else was on the lot- said "our inventory changes daily so we don't know". The manager that came over to talk to us acted like we were stupid and made snide comments. We left and went to a different dealer who treated us great and bought our car there within a few hours. I am going to write a great review for the other dealer which I found using this site. I am surprised that Jeep sells any cars through this dealer. More
Originally, I wrote the review of this dealership in the following paragraph. I am pleased to report that we were contacted the next day by the dealership and told that management had decided to honor thei following paragraph. I am pleased to report that we were contacted the next day by the dealership and told that management had decided to honor their advertised price. This has restored my faith in people. I believe this was a result of my review which brought to light the unfairness of their actions the day before. Regardless of the cause, the result was as should be. Our experience the next night was very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you for providing such a great method for dealers to address customer issues and thanks to Cherry Hill Chrysler for showing that they are a dealer who stands by their words. We had an appointment to view a car that my husband had been talking to Lucy about numerous times. They went over the price line by line. That was sent to Mike around 9:20 am and we were given an appointment for 6:15 that day. After waiting 30 minutes to view the car and after being there for 2 hours, we were told by Mike that there was an error and they would not sell the car to us. I asked why they did not find that prior to our driving and spending 2 hours at the dealership since Mike had the information from Lucy. He said it's a busy dealership. I also said that most companies sell their merchandise at the advertised price regardless of whether or not it was a mistake. The dealership had all day to discover their "mistake" and contact us prior to our arrival that evening. My husband offered to split the error of around $700 dollars and we were also told no. I cannot understand how car dealers do not have to honor advertised prices when other companies do. They advertise falsely, or "make a mistake" and nothing happens. They just waste our time and effort. We drove an hour each way to view this car and were prepared to buy it that night. Instead, we were treated unfairly. We have been inconvenienced and denied an advertised price on a car that we wanted and the dealership suffers no ill effects whatsoever. I find this to be unfair. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
This place sold me a 2011 Certified Used Jeep Cherokee with aftermarket grille and parts of the car plasti-dipped by the former owner that looked painted when I first bought it. I had never heard of plast with aftermarket grille and parts of the car plasti-dipped by the former owner that looked painted when I first bought it. I had never heard of plasti-dip before until I bought an Audi A4 and every blog talks about plasti-dip and putting it over chrome and how it peels off. Same as my Grand Cherokee. The parts were not painted black like I thought and now everything is chipping off. How does this end up "certified" More
I had a problem with my registration and left messages. No one would call me back. I kept calling. They kept putting me on lines that no one would answer. I finally insisted on a person (manager) but still No one would call me back. I kept calling. They kept putting me on lines that no one would answer. I finally insisted on a person (manager) but still got transferred to a phone with no answer. I kept calling back. They would not answer the phone at all or if they did pick it up, they would put me on hold immediately without saying a word. After about 30 calls one right after another she finally ask me what I wanted and I told her then she transferred me to a live person who finally helped me. I would never do business with this company ever again nor would I recommend them to anyone and as soon as I can find someone high up in this company, I plan to let them have it. I could be arrested for the problem with my title and left this message on the finance managers phone with the first message I left. There is no excuse for the service I got. JUST HORRIBLE...................................... More
