Dealership is a scam. Posts ficticious inventory online at low prices just to get you in the door. After two online confirmations that the auto i was interested was still available, the dealership urging at low prices just to get you in the door. After two online confirmations that the auto i was interested was still available, the dealership urging to make an appointment to get the internet price, the car as well as the four others on the internet where not there and it is questionable if any of the cars were ever in stock. Do not do business with this unethical dealership!!!! More
We just bought our first new car, a 2011 Jeep Cherokee, and we absolutely love the vehicle. The sales staff at Cherry Hill Dodge were very helpful. They knew about the cars they were showing us and they and we absolutely love the vehicle. The sales staff at Cherry Hill Dodge were very helpful. They knew about the cars they were showing us and they listened to what we wanted and helped us to match up with the best vehicle for us. They steered us away from paying for a lot of extras that really didn't fit with our lifestyle and needs. While we were attracted to the look of other models, they also told us how those models don't fit with our stated needs (especially needing a smooth ride to deliver our cupcakes). They were also very helpful when looking at financing options. There was the typical negotiating that comes with buying any car new or used, but I felt that they were fair and really wanted to make buying the car easy. When Geno had to involve Mike, the manager, Mike came to us rather then us having to go to another office. I got the impression from the salesmen that the powers that make the ultimate decisions about financing were not the most pleasant people to work with, but we were well insulated from having to deal with them. They spent time trying to make sure my mother was very comfortable as well while waiting. We interacted with several of the other staff who were also friendly. They got us water/drinks while we were working out the details. The guy who handles their paperwork at the end was extremely fast. There were a few items that they keep locked up and not with the cars on the lot. Geno brought those items the next day right to our door. They called a couple of days later to see if we were satisfied with our vehicle and with their service. Basically, we had a very positive experience and left feeling confident that we got the best deal for a vehicle we absolutely adore. The best business deals happen when both parties leave a little unhappy. Sure, we paid more than we would have liked, but ultimately we got an awesome vehicle. More
As a single woman, it can be very stressful to go car shopping! After doing all my on-line research, I decided I was armed and ready to go in and get the best deal possible. To my surprise, the staff at C shopping! After doing all my on-line research, I decided I was armed and ready to go in and get the best deal possible. To my surprise, the staff at Cherry Hill Dodge, were very easy to talk with. Morris Harland made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. Next, Mike Iaconi worked with me on all my specific requests until he made sure that I got the exact vehicle at the price that I wanted! There was no pressure like I have had in the past when dealing with other car dealers! The staff were friendly and professional, which made my new Jeep purchase effortless! Look no further for a great place to do business! More
Excellent service as we ordered a new 2012 Wranger Unlimited. Definitely didn't have the typical "car dealer" hassles. Great job and a pleasant negotiation. Unlimited. Definitely didn't have the typical "car dealer" hassles. Great job and a pleasant negotiation. More
This dealer took over from the place I originally bought the car which closed. I went for service a few times and wasn't thrilled with the experience. Last time was the worst. I recieved a coupon for a disc the car which closed. I went for service a few times and wasn't thrilled with the experience. Last time was the worst. I recieved a coupon for a discount on coolant changeout. I had other service items to take care of so asked for the coolant change out at the same time. The service person told me that the discount coupon I recieved "was for the radiator only and I should get the full engine coolant change", which costs 50% more. I agreed. After checkout at home I checked the receipt and the coupon for the original amount clearly stated it ws for a full engine coolant change. Can you say ripoff? They have been nickle and diming for years and it gets old fast. I now avoid any kind of service unless I absolutley have to go for a dealer repair, and will never buy a car from there, and may not even buy a Chrysler again. More
I bought my jeep from Lenihan (who I loved) and had to move over to these guys when Lenihan stopped leasing new cars to take care of my buy out. Not only did the sales men not take me seriously by not lis move over to these guys when Lenihan stopped leasing new cars to take care of my buy out. Not only did the sales men not take me seriously by not listening to what I wanted by trying to sell me new cars, they called me "hun," "babe," "sweetheart" and then got my name wrong when attempted it, they told me my car would be detailed (wasn't), gas tank filled (wasn't) and that they would call me as soon as my car was finished (didn't). Since they didn't call me to tell me my car was finished, they dropped it off (which I did appreciate) without papers to sign. Now I have to leave work (for the third time in a week) to go deal with these guys. I can't wait to NEVER work with these people again. More
This is by far the worst car experience EVER!!! This dealership is by far the most decitful place on the planet. Not only will I never recommend this place but will steer anyone away at all cost. I boug dealership is by far the most decitful place on the planet. Not only will I never recommend this place but will steer anyone away at all cost. I bought a 2005 jeep grand cherokee laredo with 50,000 miles on it and extended warranty. What a mistake that was. One week into it I had to replace the drive shaft because of a vibration forom 50 - 60 miles per hour (maybe that is why Bob never took me on the highway). The heater lights were blown out and the service 4x4 system light kept coming on. Oh yes the warranty company said they would not pay for it. One week! So here I am a year later going to have to go back into the shop for an exhuast leak between the manifold and engine!! at 60,000 miles! This is not a common thing people. The BBB will hear about this because Cherry Hill Dodge doesn't give a crap. I told upper level management when I was getting screwed by them last year but they never returned one phone call. Avoid this place at all cost!! More
i waked into the dealershipand said i hadno intention of buying a vehicle that i wanted to test drive a JEEP.they basically took my key to my vehicle and never gave it back. i did not even sign a lease but buying a vehicle that i wanted to test drive a JEEP.they basically took my key to my vehicle and never gave it back. i did not even sign a lease but drove off the lot with their JEEP. Morris was friendly and eager to do a deal but he and his sales manager were very misleading. i did end up leasing the JEEP 5days later and the MORONSlet me drive off the lot with no insurace. they didnt care to protect CHARLIE or their COMPANY they just wanted a deal. in these times of social media i have the ability to tell 1,000 people in like 30seconds about my experience and those dummy sales people are as bad as they get. i am in sales. those guys dont create a relationship for continued business. i drove the JEEP for days without insurance and had there been an accident CHARLIE and management would have been furious and LIABLE. i was mislead and LIED to. i love the JEEP but the experience diminished whatever fun buying a new vehicle should be. Awful, just plain awful. This dealership uses the bait and switch tactic to the fullest. I have been looking at a used truck that has been on their website for at least a month. I reached out to their int and switch tactic to the fullest. I have been looking at a used truck that has been on their website for at least a month. I reached out to their internet department beforehand to make sure the truck was still available and sure enough I received 2 emails confirming that it was ( I wanted to be sure as I was driving 2 hours to see this). Sure enough as I walked in I did not see this anywhere on the lot but I still had some hope as I walked up to ask for Ron or Dave (which now not sure if they are playing games or the same person); regardless they said nope we sold it either yesterday or today, and that we only have newer trucks on the lot that are $3K more. So I talked with one of the front end receptionists to confirm, and she stated that nope mostly Jeeps went out today and yesterday and that she didn't recall any Dodge Ram being sold. COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH! To date this truck is sill advertised on Autotrader.com, Cars.com, and their company website. Horrible experience wasted 4 hours round trip to find out they employ these deceitful company practices. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO PEOPLE YOU CAN TRUST. More
I am truly confused after reading the other reviews. My experience was such a stark contrast to every one who wrote anything bad about these guys. I had been through Jeep Hell - with Jeff D'Ambrosio Jee experience was such a stark contrast to every one who wrote anything bad about these guys. I had been through Jeep Hell - with Jeff D'Ambrosio Jeep, Reedman Jeep, and two other Jeep dealers who weren't bad - but just couldn't stock their Jeeps. One dealership told me I had to come back early from my vacation to get special deals - only to sell my reserved Jeep - 10 minutes before I came back from NYC - only to have them sit me in front of the Jeep that was supposed to be mine and next to the guy who bought it - who kept asking us if we just "loved his Jeep." Yeah - buddy - I did - so much that I left a highrise gorgeous hotel in Manhattan to come back and watch you buy it. When we were leaving the manager whispered to me, when I commented that I was sad I wouldn't be getting the Memorial Day sale - that that deal was good until June 30 - so I really didn't have to come back - and they'd find me another one. (Jeff D'Ambrosio) It then took them 3 weeks to verify my business and daily I had to fax more and more papers to prove that it existed. All I wanted was a newer Jeep 4 door Black Sahara - automatic - maybe dual top. I had a payment in mind. I wanted to trade in my lease from Mazda - John Kennedy (I will be reviewing them next!) I saw a commercial from Cherry Hill Jeep - and thought perhaps I was nuts seeking out a dealer in another state. But no one else could get the simple Jeep I wanted! The commercial said that they had a ton of Saharas in stock. I contacted Andrew - on the Live Chat. He was very helpful and said that they had many. I had that answer SO.MANY.TIMES. So the next question I asked was "Would it take 3 weeks like other dealerships to get a business deal done?" He said, "No." I took my chances and drove across the Ben Franklin Bridge - wasn't that far! 10 minutes past Philly or about 40 minutes from my house. I was met by Antonio - who certainly knew who I was. He is so friendly and nice and made us comfortable. We were met by Bob. Bob is the nicest salesman I've ever met. No pressure. Got the information from Andrew prior to my arrival. Listened to us. Grabbed a single key and leads us out among a sea of Jeeps. So many! Other dealerships don't stock so many - and in the past, would chide me and say that the "X" was the same thing. No it isn't! So Bob shows us this shiny black 2011 Jeep Sahara. I hadn't seen the 2011 - since they were brand new. I had driven an "X" since that is all other dealers had. Man, it was a beauty. Newer comfy seats - new type of top - classy chrome. He insisted we drive it. And so we did. No pressure - no hype. Explained all the newer features of the '11. We come back - and he said, "Let's try for the best of what you want!" - because I'm thinking there is no way I'm gonna be able to afford that luxury one. He appraises my lease from Mazda. I call 3 times to make absolutely sure with Bob right there - that is was ok to trade. All three times, they said yes - but I'd have to pay the originating dealer. A finance guy comes by (sorry I don't know your name!) and shows us the worst case scenario - it is $20 higher a month and I have to put down $750. So here is comes. He asks if it is do-able. I said yes - but could he work on it a little more since our business is rocking right now. Bob checks on us multiple times and the mystery finance guy :) gets us both drinks. We are then like clockwork are taken into see Irwin. We sign buyers papers for the vehicle - and while we were doing that, Bob arranged to have our plate over to the new Jeep - and our belonging put neatly into a box to save us time. Sorry for the long description - but I want to make sure people know how first class we were treated by every member we encountered. Irwin calls me on Monday night and says the bank won't finance us that long - so he has to shorten the term. SInce we are buying a new office - I tell him that we had said we can't - and because we had a handshake on what the worst case scenario was - they honored their word without any problem. So here is where it gets hairy - I come Wednesday to sign the papers. My old dealership hadn't had the courtesy to call them back. They were pissy on the phone with me Saturday because they wanted me to buy an old used "X" from them and it would have been no problem - for them. Super long story short - and here is what impressed me the most....Bob fought every way to get Mazda to do what they promised. Mazda wouldn't budge and admitted their local dealer was being a jerk. I needed to trade something. Irwin had the idea that we could trade my husband's car (which he wasn't happy with) so I could get major incentives from Jeep. My husband drove down from King of Prussia at lunch - and again - they were ready and waiting to make it easy for him to get in and get back to work. Unforunately - my husband's car was a bit of a negative trade. It did take some hours - impressing me that the entire dealership met for a pow-wow - without telling me - to figure out how they could make the deal happen - despite Mazda being liars - and my husband's car being a not a great trade. I had walked over to get a soda and heard all of them talking - every sales person - collaberating to come up with some way to help us. In the end - I heard them say that they would do what was best for me. They had made a deal and although Mazda Credit shafted us - and now them. They crunched the numbers again - and came back with a better deal than we originally agreed for - all by Irwin working tireless with the banks to get me the best deal. Everyone was so supportive. I am recommending them everywhere. As a business owner myself of two companies - it is SO REFRESHING to see someone run a business like this - HELPING THE CUSTOMER. Being fair to both sides. Not wanted to just sell you something and run. From what I had with everyone else - I had lost faith that I would ever get my dream car. And I love it! And i love Cherry Hill Jeep. Thanks, guys. You and my new Jeep exceeded my wildest expectations! Dr. Brandie More
