Nouras was our salesman. He is very professional and personable. We wanted to trade our V8 for a V6 Dodge Durango. Once we made up our minds and came to a fair price, he did the rest. All we had to do is sign and drive. We would also like to mention the kindness and professionalism of Henry, the business manager we had to sign all of the paper work with. He explained all of the paperwork clearly and with a great attitude. We would definitely recommend this dealership. Make sure you ask for Nouras! More
We recently purchased a Durango from the dealership. During negotiations with Jordan a DVD player was going to be thrown into the deal. We also discussed the other key for the car which they said they would locate along with a manual. They were able to get us a better interest rate than our bank, so since they were saving us money we would then have to purchase a DVD player for the car which was top of the line at 1400.00. After install the DVD player is crap not worth the 1400 plus interest we were paying. We never got a second key or a manual for the car. They also "promised" a full tank of gas and wash which we never got either. Phone calls and emails to the GM have been ignored. If your going to spend 30,000 on a car and want crappy service then come here. If not go somewhere else where you are a valued customer. We will need another car soon and wont be going here. More
I would not recommend this dealer especially if you are coming out of state. I drove over 2 hours to get to this dealership and the jeep I was going to purchase wasn't even on the lot. While I was on route the dealership was calling me asking if I needed directions or anything but when I arrived the jeep was no where to be found. When I arrived I was informed I would have to come back in the morning or " get a hotel and make a vacation out of it". Very unprofessional. More
Had a regular scheduled maintenance for my new Jeep I had bought about 3 months prior. It was "scheduled" for me without me knowing, which was fine because I wanted to give the dealership a chance to service bought about 3 months prior. When I got there, I informed them that I needed an oil change and I was having problems with my sirius radio (It wouldn't connect). They told me they would take a look at it when they finish changing the oil. It was all supposed to take "No more than and hour and a half", so I figured I would just stay there. After an hour and a half of talking to other customers that had been there for hours, a service technician came out to tell me that he was now getting to my and would be ready soon. I reminded him again that I needed him to take a look at the radio since it wasn't working. 1 1/2 hours later I was told that the jeep was done and given my keys and charged a crazy price for service. I get in the car and yup, the radio still doesn't work! I asked the guy about it and he said that I would have to talk to my salesman about that! WHAT?? My salesman doesn't even work at that dealership anymore so I guess I am SOL. I will never return there and go back to by normal guy who changes my fluids, does the requested work, and does not overcharge me. More

Me and my girlfriend Found a 2013 jeep online so decided i would go take a look at the car. As soon as we showed up we were greeted by the door and welcomed by the staff of amazingly friendly employees. It i would go take a look at the car. It took no time at all to have a sales guy(mike potter) sit down with us and help us with what we needed. Within minutes we established a connection and were on the same page. Mike helped us locate the car we were looking for but it was a little out of our price range. That's where Ron and Jordan came into play the sat down with us and mike and helped us crunch numbers and after some time we were able to come to a price that was more then fair on a 2014 jeep grand Cherokee. We showed up expecting to leave with a 2013 jeep and ended up leaving with a brand new 2014 jeep for less then what a 2013 would cost we were thrilled not only about the awesome car we just bought but the heck of a deal we got on it all thanks to Mike,Ron, and Jordan. If i had to buy another car i would definitely go back to Cherry Hill Dodge Chrysler and Jeep and would most certainly recommend that my family and friends visit them as-well. The customer service was great and the amount of work and effort that was put into getting us into the a new car in such little time was great. The employees are very friendly and down to earth they make you feel comfortable and right at home. When it comes to prices i doubt there is another dealer that is willing to work with you on price like this one, just let them know your price and they will do everything they can for you to make sure you leave with the car you want. Found a caravan online for an agreeable price and checked it was still available through the internet live chat, it was. When we arrived I was assigned Ben as my salesman. Within 5 seconds of telling Ben my name he called me by the wrong name. I think this was a lame sales tactic or something. Ben said we had to go to their other lot to get the caravan. He drove me 10 minutes away complaining he just got his third speeding ticket in the last two months. Made me feel real safe as he's driving me somewhere. As we were approaching the other lot he began trying to sell me something else and then something else. Then I realized the caravan they listed online and told me was there 1 1/2 hours before was not there. He tried selling me something else before we even pulled into the lot. This slimy liar is not a very good salesman or liar(same thing?). So now I'm trapped 10 minutes away from any escape with this bold faced liar trying to sell me something the whole way back. When we got back he and his manager kept trying to coax me inside. I had to change my sons diaper before I could leave their lot, so I was stuck as they harassed me. They were relentless. "Just come inside,Just come inside", it was creepy. Didn't matter how many times I said I'm not interested, they wouldn't leave me alone. Very high pressure sales. I got a call from another guy trying to get me to come back 5 minutes later. Got another call today asking how everything went. Wish I never gave these people my phone number.
