I was looking for a new truck but i did not want to deal with all the B/S that comes along with buying a new truck.I was so undecided on what to buy , where to go . Wham rite there he had me a great hand shack and i felt at ease. He was the first salesman that ever cared about what i needed. He told me that he could make the deal the way i needed and at my price and you know what he did it everything he said HE DID. I was in and out within a few hours and most of that time was waiting to get the truck detailed. They did a great job to. I am a contractor in the South Jersey Area and time means alot to me and my experience was absolutely delightful HES the man for me and my family for the rest of my life. After reading this review I was contacted by the dealership and they were willing to install the hitch for the price that was previously discussed. I feel they rectified the situation very quickly and I would go back to this dealership. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************I walked out after purchasing our new 2013 Sahara jeep thinking this was one of the best car sales I'd ever experienced. The jeep was great except it didn't have a tow package which our salesman said could easily be added for about $280. After all the #s were figured out and papers were signed my husband asked if that included the hitch as previously talked about, Rich said no I forgot but bring it back in and we can do it for you at dealer cost. We went to leave the dealership and the car was on low fuel they gave us a $25 voucher and off we went to the gas station. The next day my husband was showing my father in law the new jeep and he laughed because they also never filled the washer fluid. Not a big deal but shows they never really checked any of the fluids. When our tags came in we asked about the tow package again, Rich was not there so we dealt with another sales associate who told us the hitch would be over $500. Almost double what we were told. There was nothing they could do about it because we did not have Rich write out a we owe form. We didn't realize that we had to have it written out we took his word. So what we thought was a great sale experience turned out bad. The sales manager himself said " Rich does this all the time". We had a terrible car buying experience at Cherry Hill Dodge recently. We feel that we were lied to, misled, and taken advantage of. We were not given fair market value for our trade-in and ended up get Dodge recently. We feel that we were lied to, misled, and taken advantage of. There were several scratches on the Grand Caravan that we were purchasing and our salesman, Giovanni, promised to have it "touched up" and he did not uphold this promise. After driving off the lot, a tire pressure light came on and once we got home, we realized that the inside of the vehicle was filthy! It had not been detailed. We were inconvenienced by having to make another trip to the dealership the next day to have these problems addressed. In hindsight, we SHOULD have walked out. In the end, we got a BAD deal all the way around and we are not happy! Would NOT recommend this dealership. More

When we finished the test drive and made it clear that we wanted to look at more options, he refused to let us leave and used the worst sales tactics I've ever seen. We felt like we were being held hostage and actually thought for a second he would cry if we didn't sign the deal right then and there.
