This was my second time financing a vehicle, the first vehicle I financed almost three years ago at a different dealership, this time I needed something newer and really was very impressed at the selectio vehicle I financed almost three years ago at a different dealership, this time I needed something newer and really was very impressed at the selection that cherry hill Mitsubishi had online for me to do my research before going to the dealership. Once my research was completed I made a phone call and they scheduled me an appointment right away. Once I pulled into the dealership, I was greeted right away and the car buying process began. Chris Lindsey was my salesperson and before we even took the test drive he has the shop appraising my trade in, then he pulled the new car around and explained every single detail to me, from every warranty they was still available to the controls of the car and how everything worked. After the test drive we went ahead with the financing and cherry hill Mitsubishi definitely delivered, they spelled out every option that was available to me and didn’t pressure me On any decision, but let me decide what I was comfortable with. While waiting for the paperwork to be signed the attendants took the new car and filled it up with gas as well as gave it a detail touch up and before I knew it I was ready to go. Chris even took it upon himself to follow up with me a few days later to ensure that everything was running up to my standards. Being a single mom that I am life is very busy for me and I felt such at ease purchasing through cherry hill Mitsubishi and will definitely be sending many references their way! Thanks again! More

I bought a used 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander in February 2022. On the surface it went well, however the dealership follow through is non-existent. Today I took my car to Pepboys for an oil change, they showed me that my tires are falling apart. Literally the tread is peeling off. I am replacing all 4 tires. It is apparent that Cherry Hill Mitsubishi didn't inspect the tires before selling me the vehicle. More
