The sale manager Trent was efficient and gave me a good deal on my trade in. I met Judith Krupnick, the president when I went to pick up my car, and she said to call her with any issues! Told me they'd hold a car for me over the weekend; sold it anyway. Had some back-and-forth emails with Sarah Respes on a Friday about an XC70 that had just come in. She told me that afternoon she was off work for the weekend and would get back to me on Monday. Since I am buying from out of state, I called in and spoke with Mitchell Insel to see if I could place a deposit on the car so it would be held. He spoke with his manager and told me the car wouldn't be sold over the weekend and not to worry about it. On Monday Sarah emailed me with no remorse "The vehicle you were interested in was sold over the weekend." Awful customer service, if you're going to sell the car anyway, at least please don't lie about it. I also previously spoke with Mitchell about a different vehicle and he sounded very uninterested in the whole affair, never mind that I was trying to give him money for a car. More
Last week, I had a less than favorable encounter with a sales associate when initially inquiring about a vehicle. As a result, I published less than a favorable rating not thinking anyone from the dealers sales associate when initially inquiring about a vehicle. As a result, I published less than a favorable rating not thinking anyone from the dealership would care. I was wrong. The next morning, a gentleman named Andrew Fang called me to discuss the issue after reading my initial review. He and I had a pleasant exchange and all he asked of me was that I give Cherry Hill Volvo an opportunity to prove themselves worthy of my business. Today I am so pleased to report that I am a proud owner of a 2021 Volvo XC60. The entire process was completely transparent and efficient; I was in and out of the dealer in one hour. Sharon Russo showed me the vehicle, went over how to use all of the features, and answered all of my questions. It was actually fun learning about the car and she did an amazing job. Andrew had all of my paperwork printed and ready for my signature. This was the first time in seven years after buying a new car every year that there weren't any last minute changes to the payment or what was being offered to me for my trade. My experience today at Cherry Hill Volvo truly impressed me and exceeded all of my expectations. Their slogan, "Where relationships matter" is very true. I never ever thought that anyone from a dealership ever truly reads these reviews and if they do they usually respond with a plea to call and discuss further. Mr. Fang actually called me. He took the time to figure out who I was, found my contact information, and called me. He did not try to make excuses or pass the buck; he listened to me, he apologized, and then immediately put in the work to earn my business. Mr. Fang is truly an exceptional professional as is Ms. Russo. I also want to say that I also met Yosef, Cohen who is the General Sales Manager. This dealership at 1:00 PM on a Monday afternoon was busy. He too took the time to introduce himself, apologized for the initial interaction I experienced last week, and asked that if I have any additional concerns or if I needed anything at all, to reach out to him directly. I thought this was truly classy given that the matter had been dealt with, the dealership was busy and I am sure he had more important things to do than to come by and speak to me. I was very impressed. I highly recommend Cherry Hill Volvo to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned Volvo. I have owned many cars and I am a very loyal customer. I look forward to many rewarding years of being a customer of Cherry Hill Volvo. More

Never have I had the experience that I had with Cherry Hill Volvo, the owner, Judith I have purchased many cars in a couple of States over the years. Never have I had the experience that I had with Cherry Hill Volvo, the owner, Judith Krupnick (a gem) and her staff (especially Mitchell). They are not pushy, are knowledgeable, efficient, and really work with you to fit all your needs. I am on my third Volvo and am thrilled with the way it rides and its beautiful style. The Service Department is so helpful and will go out of their way to make sure all is well. I highly recommend this wonderful family-like dealership. More

Between company vehicles and personal vehicles for myself and family we have purchased nine I have been a customer of Cherry Hill Volvo for 25 years. Between company vehicles and personal vehicles for myself and family we have purchased nine vehicles from CHV and they have maintained all of them over them years. There are a number of reasons that we keep going back and rarely have purchased or serviced elsewhere. Jean Furter is flat out the best service representive you could ask for; she’s professional, honest and always helpful. She has always treated us well and fairly. I recently bought two cars here and dealt with Mitch Insell, he found great vehicles for us and gave us the right price, up front. Mitch is straight forward and honest. I will go back to him again. Everyone I have dealt with over the years at this dealership has been awesome, I highly recommend Cherry Hill Volvo. More
Earning my Trust As someone who holds the unique distinction of, after waiting 5 months for its delivery, and then returning one of the first XC90’s delivered by this As someone who holds the unique distinction of, after waiting 5 months for its delivery, and then returning one of the first XC90’s delivered by this dealership under the Lemon Law, I immediately learned how there is real muscle, empathy, caring and concern behind their slogan “Where Relationships Matter.” At that time, Dennis was the service adviser leading the charge with numerous others involved, each demonstrating the best testimony anyone could every want or expect from any business.... a common level of customer commitment. Based on his performance Dennis’ career trajectory to General Manager is no surprise as, along with owner Judith, he sets the tone and experience for what most customers remember the most, best or worst about any car dealership… their service experiences! Against that backdrop, I feel compelled to share my most recent experiences with and thoughts about my current adviser, Kellon. He’s always been helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, but it’s been he’s performance over the past several months during which my 2nd XC has needed major work where Kellon has always done the right things to make me feel good about paying a premium (more $) for work done in your shop. He repeatedly earned and re-earned my trust, confidence and respect. When he couldn’t compete or justify the added costs he acknowledged the best thing was elsewhere while providing guidance and caution to assure a job properly done. And when work done in his shop was in question, his proactive responses made me realize not only is he genuine asset to his customer, the dealership and its slogan, but that he’s got the same potential that I experienced with Dennis many years ago. People come and go, business climates change, sellers and buyers become jaded, but the character of this dealership and its service has remained a constant thanks to the qualities and effort folks like Kellon & Dennis bring to the party.
