Not a good surprise as we chose this to pay off the loan quicker only to find out we are getting hit w/these extra chrgs This a small negative, but it would've been nice to have gotten a tank of gas put in the truck as a small thank you as we purchased truck for over 28K - it had less than 1/8th of tank More

He answered our questions and allowed us to take the car for a test drive (by ourselves). He was very truthful about pluses and minuses of the car. When it came to negotiating the price, he was reasonable and very professional. He is just the kind of guy you can trust. We bought the car and since then we have bought 3 more cars from him. Every time we have been pleased with our experience working with Tom and the cars have had no problems. We have taken friends there and they have become regular customers of Tom. Tom changed our perception of dealers. Now whenever we or friends want to buy cars, we automatically go/refer them to Tom. Today we just bought our 4th car, Honda Odyssey, from Tom.
