Let me tell you a story about a guy (me) buying a 2025 Ford F-150 from a dealership called, Alpha GMC of Manfield. Let me also tell you a story about a guy (me) who left his garage door openers in his trade. This guy (me) also lives a good hour away from said dealership. Now let me tell you a story how the salesman I worked with at Alpha GMC (David Lewis) took it upon himself to drive an hour away, after he had already closed this deal mind you, and personally dropped off my garage door openers. Yes -- this is the kind of quality individual you get at Alpha GMC with David Lewis. He was prompt, never pressured, and when everything didn't go exactly as planned, he never panicked and was always flexible. In the end we did close the deal, and honestly, I still can't believe how above and beyond David went. Just tells you what a great human being he is. And it really is my pleasure to leave this review, which I rarely take the time to do -- and at my age I've been through a LOT of cars! If you need a new/used ride, trust me when I say give David at Alpha GMC a chance. He won't "steer" you wrong!

I test drove a used 4Runner on 6-27-26 and had a great experience with staff. I dealt with Garry Book who was laid back and did not pressure like some in sales. I ultimately did not purchase the vehicle because I wanted another Toyota model and they are a Chevy dealership. The vehicle was immaculate and highly detailed before it went up for sale. Just wanted to give them a shout out and would recommend them.

Took my car in for body work and paint after having my car keyed... nothing was done right. More damage was done when removing and reinstalling the parts, than good. It was a terrible experience, and still trying to get it resolved. I have been there 7 times to no avail, and now the general manager and service manager refuse to continue to work on it any more, because they dont have time to deal with me, as they stated. They also stated, "i have a thousand happy customers, so im not too concerned if you are not satisfied. I was blown away.
