In less than ten minutes, he called with a very detailed description of the the car we were looking at. We were about three hours from the dealership so I asked if he would discuss what the cost of the vehicle would be on the road. (Sales tax, titling fees, etc.). Mike did just that and the price fit our budget. We drove the three hours the next day and found the vehicle just as he described for the price we discussed. The experience was great and although we had secured financing with our credit union, the dealership was able to save us nearly 1% interest through one of their lenders. Professional, attentive, quick, clean, welcoming I was in the market for a new Minivan and had been searching for a while. I started my search online and found a car at another dealership. I went to look and the car was dirty and overpriced, the descriptions online were inaccurate, I had to go into the building after 20 minutes of waiting to get a sales representative, it was just not a good feeling so I left. I continued my search and found this used Minivan at Chesrown. The pictures online were plentiful and were pictures of things I wanted to see. I went to look and was greeted right away by Mike Dunaway. He was informative without hovering and very easy to talk to. We told him we had a few more vehicles to check out but would probably be back, he reminded us that Chesrown does lifetime free oil changes and tire rotations and welcomed us to come back at any time. I went back to the original place to look at the other Minivan one last time. The Minivan was still not cleaned up (it had been 2 weeks), we again had to go in and "find" someone to help us, they didn't have one of the vehicles onhand (which happens, I get it) and we again left knowing that the Minivan at Chesrown was the one for me, no matter what I wasn't going to give my business to this other local Chrysler dealership (even thought I was in the market for a Chrysler). Back to Chesrown we went...in less than 2 hours I was approved for a loan, I had a better rate then I had found in my pre-approval letter and I was driving off the lot. Mike was honest, upfront and not only did I get the car I loved, but he sent us home with a box of Otis Spunkmeyer cookies! My roommate and mother (who are both tough customers) were also impressed and my roommate stated "when I'm in the market for a new car I'm coming back here". More
