Great friendly staff! The salesman I worked with Ryan R. he was awesome to work with,had an answer to all my questions. The finance guy there worked hard to get my financing approved at a lower rate than an he was awesome to work with,had an answer to all my questions. We were recommended to Tom Stephens, we told him about our credit issues and he sent us to Ed Sheldon. We told Ed what we had down and where we needed to be as far as payments, and he not only met our cri our credit issues and he sent us to Ed Sheldon. Joe and the others at Chesrown were very good to work with. No pressure or pushy sales. Joe met us on the lot while browsing. When we arrived back at the dealership from our ttest drive, we were encourgad to drive others with differenet features. Even when we had interest in another vehicle type there was no resistnace. Again, Joe brought out several for us to drive. All in all the deal was more than easy to make with no haggle or long drawn out sales pitch.
