Joe and the others at Chesrown were very good to work with. No pressure or pushy sales. Joe met us on the lot while browsing. When we arrived back at the dealership from our ttest drive, we were encourgad to drive others with differenet features. Even when we had interest in another vehicle type there was no resistnace. Again, Joe brought out several for us to drive. All in all the deal was more than easy to make with no haggle or long drawn out sales pitch. We also met the general manager Ryan who was very easy to talk with. We told him it was probably the friendlist car buying experince we ever had. We definetly will return, recommending Joe and Chesrown to others. Highly reommended by us. More

I came into Chesrowns in Delaware, Ohio to drive the new Buick Regal and was greeted promptly by a young salesman named Dave. The staff were all very friendly and being from Zanesville, they introduced me to a gentleman who lived in my hometown and would be willing to pickup and drop off my vehicle and/or paperwork that i might need.
