My husband and I have purchased 6 vehicles from Chestatee Ford. The sales department is always wonderful and easy to purchase from. The service department on the other hand is a different story. I purchased Ford. The sales department is always wonderful and easy to purchase from. The service department on the other hand is a different story. I purchased a new 2019 Expedition that now only has 18k miles on it. It is headed back to the service department for the 3rd time with a power train malfunction that has failed yet to be fixed. I called the owner of the dealership but he hasn’t answered a single time that I’ve called. I left a message and have failed yet to hear back from him either. I wouldn’t recommend their service department at all. This vehicle is entirely too expensive to have this type of issue and not be corrected. More

Patrick is the service manager and he took great care of me, was extremely understanding and professional about the warranty coverages, got me in and out quickly and provided me with a very nice loaner truck while they worked on mine.
