Jena was great. She was helpful and she explained everything to me. However I didn’t get a good complimentary car wash like I have in the past. I was pleased with my experience overall. I came in looking to lower my interest rate and looking for another SUV. I left with a lower interest rate and a sporty Chevy Malibu.
