This is not my first stellar review of the Service Department at this dealership - the last one was February 2015 when I noted that over the last 8 ye This is not my first stellar review of the Service Department at this dealership - the last one was February 2015 when I noted that over the last 8 years I've had great experiences with both sales and service at Fairbanks Chevrolet and in the last several years they have really stepped up their game. Once again I have to point out that Shana Lindsay is a top-shelf Service Advisor that I would trust with my mother's car. She is very thorough in reviewing past service histories and advising you on what is needed - in this latest experience it was my 2009 Avalanche I bought at Fairbanks Chevrolet in 2014. A lot of 50K maintenance work was done along with some needed repairs in a time-efficient manner with good workmanship - and all at a reasonable price. A lot of people claim dealership service is expensive but I disagree based on my experience with Fairbanks Chevrolet - it's done right the first time and I have peace of mind that my truck is good as new! Keep up the good work guys and ladies! More
