Valor I am sorry you felt your experience at our dealership was not what you expected. The approvals are based on your own personal credit history and the lender is the one that makes the call on what each customer is required as a down payment based on their personal credit history. As for the trade appraisal on your vehicle we use a computerized system that tells us what your vehicle in the condition it was in goes for in our area. We would be more than happy to have our General Manager go over your information and discuss any concerns you may have had with our dealership.
