I cannot express my gratitude for their ability to get me in and taken care of in the manner that they did. I was 3 1/2 hours from home when my check engine light came on, to scared to drive it all the way h in and taken care of in the manner that they did. I was 3 1/2 hours from home when my check engine light came on, to scared to drive it all the way home they were able to get me in first thing Monday morning and I was on the road by 11. They took the time to explain everything to me and make the repairs. My only regret is that they are so far away or I would definitely be returning for regular maintenance. More

Very impressed with Matt. I found him very friendly and help ful and knowledgeable about my buick. I have had my cars serviced there it was a 2008 buick enclave which my daughter Karen Miller has now and help ful and knowledgeable about my buick. Recently purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from Chuck Nicholson here in Millersburg. My family has been a lifetime customer of chucks. After the experience with the sales manager and the experience with dry rotted here in Millersburg. My family has been a lifetime customer of chucks. After the experience with the sales manager and the experience with dry rotted tires and fighting with them for make things right. We have decided we will not longer be customers of Chuck Nicholson. I did not appreciate being talked down to and disrespected and had the sales manager raise his voice to me. To me it seems like he should chose a different career path if he cannot contain his anger. Never been in such a hostile customer service environment. I will say that the the manager in service department is wonderful and proved that yes I was sold a car with four dry rotted tires and no tread. So I appreciate that one of the workers here at Chuck Nicholson is NOT hostile. Very unfortunate for them because we have purchased numerous vehicles over the years. More

I was having trouble finding a dealer that could do the first service on my new 2020 2500HD. All of the dealers that I called were booked for at least a week. I called and talked to Jay and explained that first service on my new 2020 2500HD. All of the dealers that I called were booked for at least a week. I called and talked to Jay and explained that we needed the truck for a camping trip. He said that he could get it done for me later that afternoon. I arrived early and was greeted like I was an old friend. They were even able to get the truck in earlier and finish it. I was very happy with the service I recieved and enjoyed talking with Tyler the service tech that worked on my truck. Very nice people and I would highly recommend the service department to anyone. More
