Gavin was the first salesperson to not only i before I found this Chevrolet GMC of Millersburg, none of the previous options could do what we needed. Gavin was the first salesperson to not only immediately understand that we wanted to buy online and have a used truck delivered, but was also the first salesperson to have actually read the BDC notes. That alone saved a fair bit of time as I didn’t have to explain everything twice. Gavin was awesome. He stayed in constant communication, gave us a great vehicle tour via FaceTime (he crawled under the truck and scooted on his back from one side to the other!) and was open, fair, and honest during negotiations. Even though he’s many states away from him, I’d buy from Gavin again in a heartbeat. More
