Can’t afford to go here anymore. Requested to have OE brake parts used, they assured me they had them in stock, and would do that. How ever they used silver rotors, and gold pads ins Requested to have OE brake parts used, they assured me they had them in stock, and would do that. How ever they used silver rotors, and gold pads instead of OE like they said they would. Also charged me a whopping 18% over MSRP for the parts! The labor charges were almost quadrupled from when I had the same work done 4 years ago! They told me that all the parts were in stock and they would have the repairs completed by the end of the day, but called at the end of the day to let me know they didn’t have the cheap silver rotors in stock (which is not what I asked for, should’ve been OE) and kept my vehicle overnight until noon the next day, resulting in more down time for me. I am sorry but can’t afford going here anymore, and they don’t do what they say anyhow. More

Took truck there for a recall. Only supposed to take hour. Had it 2 days. They looked at a problem with window not shutting. Charge was over $100 to tell me they couldn't fix it.
