We dropped the truck and left in a certain way. We drove by everyday through dealership and my truck sat 4 days same position without moving. Got call on 5th day and was told it was in shop for da We drove by everyday through dealership and my truck sat 4 days same position without moving. Got call on 5th day and was told it was in shop for days and can't do alignment do to an issue with needing extenders for lift. (I bought truck like that and actually the torsion bars were lifted before I got it so they actually need set back to factory). I was charged for an alignment that wasn't done, (that's what the paper says with charge price). So, I was lied to cause they didn't have it on the lift for several days, they had it on lift for maybe a couple hours and I was charged for an alignment that wasn't done. When I called originally, I was told they would start it the same day or next day and it sat from Thurs to Monday. More
