The starter on my 2011 Yukon Denali went out on Thursday 5/13/21 when I arrived in Berlin Ohio. AAA sent Rigz Towing and the brought my vehicle to you. Very good service, Dakota , Service Assistant, was ver 5/13/21 when I arrived in Berlin Ohio. AAA sent Rigz Towing and the brought my vehicle to you. Very good service, Dakota , Service Assistant, was very understanding of my situation. Your service department check the vehicle out and replaced the starter. They did a fantastic job and had the car back to me early the next afternoon. That you for all your help, I was able to get my granddaughter to her annual visit to Herschberger's Farm, which was her 10th annual visit (her first visit she was about 10 months old).
