Terrible communication by all involved. Was told had 3 approvals for financing then 33 days later told truck wasnt financed and they were reporting it stolen. Returned truck had to wait 4 days to get down approvals for financing then 33 days later told truck wasnt financed and they were reporting it stolen. Returned truck had to wait 4 days to get downpayment back. Everyone there ignores calls texts and emails. Service department lies about doing repairs. More

Overall, pretty decent experience. Wyatt our sales guy was easy to work with. Fair purchase price. Was told the vehicle had only one key after the purchase was done and signed. Although I was given a better deal on the key/fob/programming, I guess I should have asked if there was a second key before the purchase? My fault I guess. I understand businesses need to make money 100%. I especially don't mind spending money locally. Spending more money on the vehicle a week or so after the car purchase seems a bit odd. Nonetheless, we like the vehicle. I suppose the next vehicle purchase the first question will be how many keys does it come with instead of price lol More

I am 54 years old and have purchased many vehicles over the years and this was by far the most pleasant experience of them all!!! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the Gavin was sensitive to what I w the years and this was by far the most pleasant experience of them all!!!
