Purchased a 2017 Chevy Tahoe Premier on July 1st, 2020. No issues, garage kept and well maintained. This morning July 9th 2024 my ac started hissing and blowing hot air. Took to the shop they said extended No issues, garage kept and well maintained. This morning July 9th 2024 my ac started hissing and blowing hot air. Took to the shop they said extended warranty I purchased for $3200 would cover it. Called Chevrolet of Troy, (formally Joe Johnson when I bought it) they would not honor the 8 days past warranty, even though the mileage was still under, because of the ownership transfer from Joe Johnson to now Cheverolet of Troy. Very disappointed. I have had no other claims until now. More

Carrie was very professional, but we were turned down on a cash deal. I felt because we wouldn’t accept any warranties. We offered $500 less than posted price. Then I tried to get the owner to help but he not only wasn’t any help but sold my car because I got upset about the issues. I wait 6 months and no accommodation even though everything was in writing what the costs were. More
